中國生肖英文怎麼說？

農曆新年就要到啦，今年是神氣吉祥的龍年，大家知道除了中國華人之外，越南、印度、泰國、日本、緬甸、埃及、古巴比倫也都有獸曆(生肖)的傳統曆法嗎？只是其中動物不盡相同，像印度共有36生肖、埃及還有鱷魚、貓以及紅鶴，是不是很在地化呢？而希臘的鴨子也入榜了呢！

那各個生肖以及相關的英文該怎麼說呢？

Q1.What animal sign were you born under? /
    What is your Chinese sign？
    你生肖屬什麼？
A1. I was born in the year of the Rat. 我在鼠年出生。
     Mine is the Rat 我屬老鼠。

Q2.What is the animal sign of this year? 今年是什麼年?
A2.  It's Rooster. 今年是雞年。
      It's the Year of the Dragon. 今年是龍年。

Rat 鼠
Ox牛(不能用cow唷！)
Tiger虎
Rabbit兔
Dragon龍
Snake蛇
Horse馬
Goat 羊(是有鬥志的山羊goat，不是溫馴乖乖牌的綿羊sheep！)
Monkey猴
Rooster雞 (絕對不是chicken！！！)
Dog狗
Pig豬
