這是ielts敘述圖表的寫作範例，
想問的點再第二段最後一句：
Interestingly, students in all the featured countries
did least well in the written test,
generally scoring about half a band lower than in the sections.
我自己的試譯是：
有趣的是，所有國家的學生在寫作方面都表現的最差，
分數一般來說大約在總分的一半...然後比什麼還低@@....
後面就不會了...Orz
                                                                                
原文順序:一般來說,得分低半級分和他們在其他部分得分相比.
                                                                                
                                                                               
half a band是總分一半的意思嗎？那不就是4.5,可是看圖表也超過4.5很多阿？
lower than... 又是lower than 甚麼呢？後面有省略單字嗎？
                                                                                
中文順序:一般來說,和他們在其他部分得分相比低半級分
band不是總分,是指分數的級分

所以half a band是指0.5
 lower than(they did)in other sections.
